Answers to your remodeling questions.

Everything San Diego homeowners ask us about quotes, design, timelines, permits, financing, and our warranty — answered honestly.

Getting started

First steps with Noble.

How do I get a quote for my remodel?

Getting started is simple. Call us at (858) 977-0998 or fill out the estimate form on our website with a few details about your project. We will schedule a complimentary in-home consultation in San Diego, walk your space, discuss your goals and budget, and follow up with a clear, written estimate. There is no cost and no obligation.

Do you offer free 3D design?

Yes. For qualifying projects we create complimentary 3D renderings during the design phase so you can see your new kitchen, bathroom, or living space before construction begins. This lets you confidently choose layouts, finishes, and fixtures, and make changes on screen rather than mid-build.

How do I choose between a few contractors in San Diego?

Look beyond price alone. Confirm the contractor holds a current California (CSLB) license and carries liability and workers' compensation insurance, ask to see completed projects similar to yours, and make sure your estimate is itemized rather than a single lump sum. A detailed scope, a written timeline, and clear communication are the best signs you are in good hands.

Process & timeline

How long it takes.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Most San Diego kitchen remodels take about four to eight weeks of construction once materials are on site, depending on the scope and whether walls or layout are changing. Custom cabinetry and stone countertops have lead times, so we order early and build a realistic schedule into your plan before work starts.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A typical bathroom remodel runs about three to five weeks of construction. Custom tile work, waterproofing, and curing times are built into the schedule so the finished space looks beautiful and lasts. We provide a detailed timeline during planning and keep you updated throughout.

How long does a whole-home remodel take?

Whole-home renovations generally take ten to sixteen weeks or more, depending on square footage, structural changes, and the level of customization. We assign a dedicated project manager and provide a phased schedule so you always know what is happening and what comes next.

Do you handle permits and Title 24 compliance?

Yes. We manage the entire permitting process with the City and County of San Diego, including plan submittals, energy compliance under California's Title 24 standards, and all required inspections. Handling permits and code compliance is part of our service, so your project is done legally and to code.

Pricing & financing

Budget and payment.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with reputable home-improvement financing partners that offer flexible terms for qualified homeowners, so you can move forward with your remodel on a payment plan that fits your budget. Ask us during your consultation and we will walk you through the available options.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Noble Home Remodeling is a fully licensed California contractor and carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are happy to provide our license number and proof of insurance on request.

Warranty & after-care

After the build is done.

What is covered by your 5-year warranty?

Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers the labor and craftsmanship of the work we perform. In addition, we register and document the manufacturer warranties on the materials, fixtures, and appliances we install. If a covered issue arises, our team responds promptly to make it right.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners throughout San Diego County, including San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Coronado, Pacific Beach, and Rancho Santa Fe. If you are nearby and not sure whether we cover your neighborhood, just reach out and we will let you know.

How do you protect my home during construction?

We treat your home with care. Our crews use floor and surface protection, contain dust with barriers, clean the work area daily, and secure the site at the end of each day. Your project manager keeps you informed with regular updates so the process stays as smooth and low-stress as possible.
