Confirm the contractor holds a current California (CSLB) license and carries liability and workers' compensation insurance, ask to see completed projects similar to yours, and make sure your estimate is itemized rather than a single lump sum. Process & timeline

Whole-home renovations generally take ten to sixteen weeks or more, depending on square footage, structural changes, and the level of customization. We assign a dedicated project manager and provide a phased schedule so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
Yes. We manage the entire permitting process with the City and County of San Diego, including plan submittals, energy compliance under California's Title 24 standards, and all required inspections. Handling permits and code compliance is part of our service, so your project is done legally and to code.

Absolutely. Noble Home Remodeling is a fully licensed California contractor and carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are happy to provide our license number and proof of insurance on request.
Warranty & after-care
Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers the labor and craftsmanship of the work we perform. In addition, we register and document the manufacturer warranties on the materials, fixtures, and appliances we install. If a covered issue arises, our team responds promptly to make it right.
