Fiber-Cement Siding
Fiber-cement in lap, panel, and shingle profiles — fire-resistant, dimensionally stable, and pre-finished or field-painted to hold its color against coastal UV and salt.
Board-&-Batten & Wood
Vertical board-and-batten, natural cedar, and engineered composite for warmth and texture, sealed on all six sides and detailed to shed water at every joint.
Weather Barriers & Flashing
Continuous house-wrap, properly lapped flashing at every window and penetration, and rain-screen detailing that keeps the structure dry behind the finish.
Trim, Color & Finish
Crisp corner boards, window surrounds, and fascia, finished in a curated palette so your siding, trim, and front door read as one intentional design.

For most coastal San Diego homes we recommend fiber-cement — it resists salt-air corrosion, moisture, and fire, and holds its finish far longer than ordinary wood. Sealed composite is a strong option where a warmer, natural look is the goal.
A typical single-family re-side runs about two to four weeks on site, depending on size, profile, and any repairs uncovered during tear-off. You get a clear schedule before work begins.
Yes. We manage permitting, flashing inspections, and the Title 24 energy detailing that applies, so your new siding meets San Diego building codes from tear-off to final sign-off.
Tear-off is exactly when hidden moisture damage shows itself, and it should be repaired before anything new goes on. If we find it, we walk you through what we see, price the repair clearly, and fix it properly before the new system is installed.
