Natural wood and stone interior detail — design concept

HomePrivacy Policy

Privacy, in plain English.

What we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

Effective date: June 21, 2026

Noble Home Remodeling (“Noble,” “we,” “us”) is a San Diego design-build remodeling team. This page explains what information our website collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it only to talk with you about your project, and we never sell it.

What we collect

The personal information this site collects is what you submit yourself — through the estimate form, the project planner on our homepage, or by calling or emailing us directly. Depending on what you fill out, that can include:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your city or neighborhood
  • Project type, budget range, and timeline
  • Anything you write in the message field
  • Your answers in the homepage project planner
  • The page of our site you submitted from

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs — technical records such as IP addresses and pages requested — to keep the site running and secure.

How your information is used

Form submissions are delivered to our lead-management system — a third-party automation service that routes your request to our team — so we can respond. We use the information you share to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and answer your questions
  • Schedule consultations and site visits
  • Prepare estimates and proposals for your project

That’s it. We don’t sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies, and we do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy first.

Third-party services

A small number of services help this site work:

  • Lead management. Form submissions are transmitted to our automation service so they reach our team quickly. That information is used only to respond to you.
  • Website hosting. Our hosting provider serves the pages you see and keeps routine server logs.
  • Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers when a page loads.

We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send for as long as it takes to respond to your inquiry, manage an active project, and maintain ordinary business records. If you’d like it removed sooner, just ask.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
  • Non-discrimination — we will never deny you service, charge a different price, or lower the quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

Categories of personal information we collect. In the past 12 months we have collected these CCPA categories: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address); customer records (your address and project details); internet or network activity (pages requested, via routine server logs); and geolocation at the city level, if you provide it. We collect this directly from you and from server logs, use it for the business purposes described above, and disclose it only to the service providers listed under “Third-party services.”

How to exercise your rights. Email Info@noblehomeremodeling.com or call (858) 977-0998 with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We verify requests by matching the details you give us against the information we already hold, and we respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t include sensitive personal details in a form message.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date at the top. We’ll keep it in plain English.
